Standard check in & check out policy  

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: before 12:00 PM.
• Guests are kindly requested to present valid identification upon check-in.
• Where required, guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their expected arrival time in advance to facilitate the best possible assistance.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges in accordance with the hotel's applicable policy.
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by KK Sapa Hotel.
• Early check-in is available at KK Sapa Hotel, subject to room availability on the day of arrival.

To guarantee early check-in, we recommend reserving your room one night in advance. Otherwise, the following charges may apply:

• Before 6:00 AM: 100% of the room rate, including breakfast according to the room occupancy.
• From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM: 50% of the room rate (breakfast not included).
• From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM: 30% of the room rate (breakfast not included).
• After 10:00 AM until the standard check-in time: 20% of the room rate (breakfast not included).
• For the best experience, please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive early.

Late check-out at KK Sapa Hotel is subject to room availability on the day of departure and may incur an additional charge.

• Check-out until 2:00 PM: Complimentary (subject to availability).
• Check-out after 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM: 30% of the room rate.
• Check-out after 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.
• Check-out after 6:00 PM: 100% of one night's room rate.
• Please contact the Front Desk in advance if you would like to request a late check-out. All requests are subject to room availability. All requests are subject to room availability and hotel confirmation.
