1. Which floor will I be on? Is it possible to guarantee a high floor?

KK Sapa Hotel is unable to provide exact floor or room numbers immediately after confirming your booking. We can only confirm these details one day before your check-in, as room assignments depend on the current status of guests in the hotel, including timely check-outs and any potential extended stays. KK Sapa Hotel is dedicated to arranging the correct room type you have booked. If you have any special requests, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences whenever possible. 

  1. I'll be in Sapa soon. Can I check in early? How much does that cost?

Early check-in us subject to the hotel’s room avaibility. To ensure 100% avaibility upon arrival, guests are encouraged to reserve a room one night in advance. If a room is not reserved in advance, the following early check-in fees may apply:

- Check-in before 6:00 AM: 100% of the room rate for one night, including breakfast according to the standrad.

- Check-in from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM: 50% of the room rate for one night, excluding breakfast

- Check-in from 10:00 AM to 14:00 AM: 30% of the room rate for one night, excluding breakfast

  1. I might need to check out later than the usual time. How much does a late check-out cost?

  • Checking out after 12 PM is considered a late check-out. Please note that late check-out requests depend on room availability and may incur additional fees. The fees are as follows:
  • Check-out from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: 30% of the total room rate

  • Check-out from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of the total room rate

  • After 6:00 PM: 100% of the total room rate for one night

  1. We have young children with us. What are the child charges?

Our room rates include a maximum of two children under 6 years old sleeping with their parents free of charge.  

For children aged 6 to 11 years old sleeping with their parents without an extra bed, there is a surcharge of 400,000 VND per child per night, including breakfast. 

If families have children who are larger for their age, the hotel encourages parents to consider adding an extra bed for the child. Please note that a maximum of one extra bed is allowed per room. The surcharge for the extra bed is the same as for an adult: VND 700,000 VND per bed per night, including breakfast.

  1. How much is the surcharge for an extra bed? Does that include breakfast?

Except for the Family room (which accommodates 4 guests), all other room types are limited to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old.  There is a surcharge of 700,000 VND per night for an extra bed for the 3rd person (only one extra bed can be added to the room). This fee includes breakfast for the 3rd person and tax and service charges. 

  1. Will there be enough room if an extra bed is set up?

We would like to inform you that all room categories at KK Sapa are spacious, with sizes starting from 38 m² and above, allowing for the setup of an extra bed. If you would like to have an extra bed prepared in your room, please let us know in advance.

  1. Is it much different from the extra bed to the standard single bed? 

For your information, the extra bed at KK Sapa Hotel is a rollaway bed measuring 1.2m x 2m, which is the equivalent size of a standard single bed. Although the extra bed is approximately 2 cm lower than a standard bed, the overall experience is not significantly different. 

  1. Do you have baby cots available?

KK Sapa Hotel provides baby cots at no additional charge. However, due to the limited availability of baby cots, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you require one in your room. 

  1. Could I store my luggage at the reception before checking in?

Yes. KK Sapa Hotel offers free luggage storage for customers before check-in. Please contact the reception desk for assistance

  1. I need assistance with pick-up/drop-off service from/to the airport/train station.

Please inform us about this before you check in. We will note your special request, inform our Chef to prepare, and accommodate your dietary requirements.

  1. How far is the hotel from the center?

For your reference, the KK Sapa Hotel has two lobbies: - Lobby 1: Located at 025 Violet Road, this lobby is designated for the check-in process. - Lobby 2: Situated at 036 Muong Hoa Road, this lobby provides easy access to the Stone Church, which is just an 8-minute walk away. 

  1. Is A/C available at the hotel?

KK Sapa Hotel features a centrally controlled heating and cooling air conditioning system to ensure your comfort during your stay with us.
